Sweetheart Ball

13 Oct 2023 This event includes a DJ, dinner, dessert, craft and keepsake photo booth memento. All are welcome to attend with their little sweethearts. 6-7 p.m. is our sensory hour with less intense music, room lights on and no strobe lights. A sensory friendly room will also be available for those who need it during the dance. From 7-8:30 p.m. we will be turning down the lights and turning up the music.

Trick or Treat at City Center

27 Oct 2023 Join in on the fun for the annual Trick or Treat at City Center, presented by Suncoast Credit Union! This North Port tradition will be held on Oct. 27 from 5 - 8 p.m. at the City Center Front Green, 4970 City Hall Blvd. City of North Port staff and our Pumpkin Trail partners will line the park and walking paths with kid–friendly Halloween displays and plenty of candy. Bring your own bags!

2023 Poinsettia Parade & Festival

02 Dec 2023 The Parks & Recreation Department is inviting organizations, individuals, and businesses to submit their applications for a parade unit in the annual Poinsettia Parade, presented by Quality TV. The parade, an annual North Port tradition, will be held on Dec. 2, 2023, at 5 p.m. Spectator admission and parking are both free and this year’s theme is “North Port Holidays Around the World.”
