Boundless Adventures Playground

The Boundless Adventures Playground is designed to give every child in North Port a location to play. With equipment accessible to children of all abilities, North Port continues its commitment to every citizen of the city. In addition to the playground, a paved nature trail is located nearby which includes a Story Stroll.

The Story Stroll is an engaging outdoor experience where families can enjoy reading a children's story while strolling through one of our beautiful parks. Each page of the story is displayed along a path, combining the joy of reading with the benefits of physical activity. Perfect for children and adults alike, the Story Stroll encourages learning, exploration and a bit of adventure in a fun and interactive setting.   

This month's feature story

 

Josh the Baby Otter a tale promoting water safety for children. This is the story of a newly born otter named Josh and how he learns to float and swim with the help of some new friends. Josh's mother Clare explains why it is so important for children to stay away from water unless they are with an adult.
