Citizen Access Portal by Accela

The Accela Citizen Application (ACA) is an online platform where contractors, citizens, businesses and visitors can create an account, apply for permits and receive real-time updates from the Development Services team. This is all part of the City's dedication to improving transparency and streamlining the permitting process.

Prior to obtaining a building permit, a Certificate of Zoning Compliance (CZC) is required.

Certificate of Zoning Compliance is located under the Planning tab, then under Minor Applications.

Affidavits are no longer required for CZC applications.
