Current Development Map
The Current Development Map provides a centralized view of development activity in the City of North Port. Click on the map to see commercial and residential projects underway and view more information about each one.
Meetings held by the City's Development Review Committee (DRC) are open to the public. The DRC is made up of subject matter experts from disciplines across City departments, including Planning & Zoning, Utilities, Fire Rescue and more. These staff members provide a coordinated review of development applications and make recommendations based on the technical compliance of regulations within the Unified Land Development Code.
All development application documents, studies, plans and review comments are accessible to the public via Accela Citizen Access, the City's online permitting system.
