Portion of Price Boulevard to close for stormwater work

Beginning Sept. 29, the City of North Port’s contractor will temporarily close a section of Price Boulevard between Main Street and Salford Boulevard to replace the existing Blueridge Waterway box culvert. This work is being done as part of the Price Boulevard Widening Project.

North Port wins national award for Annual Report

The City of North Port Communications Division has earned national recognition for its 2023-24 Annual Report.

The City received an Award of Excellence in the Annual Report category at the national 2025 Savvy Awards presentation, hosted by the City-County Communications & Marketing Association (3CMA) on Thursday at its annual conference in Las Vegas.

City of North Port to host panel on environment

The City of North Port invites community members to join the third installment of its panel series on Tuesday, Sept. 16, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Suncoast Technical College, 4445 Career Lane.
