City offices to close July 3 for Independence Day

Please note City offices & facilities will be closed Friday, July 3, for Independence Day (observed).

There will be no change to solid waste collection on Friday, July 3. The Sarasota County Tax Collector office in City Hall will be closed July 2-6.

Parks and Recreation closures:

  • The George Mullen Activity Center and Morgan Family Community Center will be closed Friday and Saturday, July 3-4.
  • The North Port Aquatic Center and Warm Mineral Springs Park will be open.
