Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Day

The City uses GIS for many things, including:

• Habitat sightings
• Water levels within the City
• FEMA zones
• Park locators
• City Commission Districts
• and more! 

At the upcoming GIS Day on Nov. 20, you'll get to not only see how the City utilizes GIS, but how you do as well. There will be numerous tables & interactive experiences from City departments showing how GIS is used in North Port. Casa de Uruguay will also be on-site with delicious food as well! 

This event will be held at the Morgan Family Community Center, 6207 W Price Blvd, from 2-6 p.m.
