A burn ban is currently in effect for the City of North Port. There is also a lawn watering restriction set by the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD).

City Hall and other City offices will be closed Wednesday, June 19, in observance of the Juneteenth holiday.
There will be no impact to trash, recycling or yard waste pickups for City of North Port Solid Waste customers.
