A burn ban is currently in effect for the City of North Port. There is also a lawn watering restriction set by the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD).

City Hall and other City offices will be closed Monday, October 14, in observance of the Columbus Day holiday.
There will be no impact to trash, recycling or yard waste pickups for City of North Port Solid Waste customers.
