Pumpkin Trail Partners: As a Pumpkin Trail Partner, you are agreeing to distribute pre-approved promotional items, information and pre-packaged treat to attendees. You must provide a quantity of 5,000 treats to distribute at your booth. If you are interested in participating as a partner, please complete our Pumpkin Trail Partner Application.
All applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis based on event needs. Completion of this application does not guarantee acceptance into the event. The City reserves the right to select the categories/type of vendor to be sold to minimize duplication and will determine needs based on anticipated attendance, duration of event, and previous demand. Priority will be given to those that apply first. Approval of vendor application does not guarantee exclusivity of a particular item to be sold at the event. Vendors deemed inappropriate for an event will be declined. You will be contacted by one of our Parks & Recreation staff members within 72-business hours after receiving your application. Food Vendors: CLOSED. Thank you for your interest in being a food vendor at our event. We have reached our full capacity for Trick or Treat. We appreciate your interest and hope to see you at our next event.
