Election Information:

Commissioners shall be elected, at large, to one of the five (5) Commission District Seats in which they reside, for a term of four-years. Nominees and candidates for a Commission District Seat must be a resident of that district for a minimum of one (1) year prior to the close of the qualification period, must submit an affidavit of residency, and shall be citizens and registered voters of the United States, State of Florida, and City of North Port within the District for which they are nominated and/or elected.
