The Development Services Department is pleased to announce an enhanced Citizen Access Portal, starting Jan. 1, 2026. 

This update introduces improved features designed to streamline the permitting process, consolidate permits for one- and two-family dwellings and provide greater transparency across all development records. The enhanced portal offers more efficient, user-friendly experience for applicants, homeowners and industry professionals.
