Strategic Plan

The North Port City Commission approves a strategic plan each year that guides all of the City's services, projects, and programs. It is an integral part of planning how the City moves forward and defining a vision for the future. This process is driven by the City Commission with the resulting plan developed in collaboration with the City’s administration.
