Community Yard Sale

Do you need to declutter your garage? Join our Community Yard Sale to clean up, socialize and earn extra cash. If you're looking for unique items or deals, this is the perfect opportunity to find them all in one convenient location.

In case of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled to the following weekend. 

All shoppers will enjoy free parking and admission.

Seller and Food Vendor Information

SELLERS: $20/space; $10/table. Pre-registration is required to participate as a seller. Follow our registration link to apply. Once you have click on the registration link, select "Community Yard Sale Space - 211200," then select the event in which you would like to participate in. 

If you are interested in purchasing a table for your space or need assistance with your registration, please call 941-429-PARK (7275), option 3. 

FOOD VENDORS: Please complete the online application to apply to participate as a food vendor at Community Yard Sale. Submitting your application does not guarantee your participation. Once your application is submitted, you will be contacted by one of our Parks & Recreation staff members within 72-business hours after receiving your application.
